REVISION POLICY

The number of revisions included depends on the package you select. You are entitled to revisions as outlined in your chosen plan. At The Soluciones, client satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to refining your design until it meets your expectations. No additional charges will apply unless there is a change in the original design concept. Revised files are typically delivered within 48 hours. Please note that any revisions requested after the final approval of a logo or design will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

If a service bundle is purchased, and dissatisfaction arises from one service only, the refund will apply solely to that specific service, not the full bundle. Refunds are not applicable after 7 days from the purchase date.

Non-refundable services include:

In website development projects, refunds will not be offered once the design is approved and development begins. Similarly, refunds will not be issued after the approval of logo or website designs. In cases where a client fails to submit the initial brief within 10 days of placing the order, a partial refund may be granted, not exceeding 25% of the total amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A written notice of at least 30 days is required to cancel any service related to website development or maintenance. This allows us to finalize pending work and ensure a smooth handover. Cancellation notices should be submitted via email and include the reason for cancellation along with any specific handover instructions. Once received, our team will coordinate with you to complete outstanding tasks and deliver your website files and related data. Failure to provide a 30-day notice will result in a 50% service fee based on the project’s total value.

Once we receive your request, a thorough review will be conducted. If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly. Please note, once a refund is issued, all rights to the designs or materials submitted by The Soluciones will be revoked, and we may submit the work to copyright authorities for legal protection.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Both you and The Soluciones agree to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in the United States. If you reside outside of the U.S., local jurisdiction may apply. For European Union citizens, claims may be made in the courts of your country of residence. All claims must be made within 30 days of the cause of the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. Recovery of damages will be limited to legal and attorney costs only. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it in good faith. If not resolved within 30 days, the matter will be moved to mediation. If mediation fails, parties may pursue legal remedies under the applicable law.

POLICY UPDATES

The Soluciones reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to enhance data protection measures. Any changes will be communicated in advance, along with the date the new policy takes effect.

DELIVERY POLICY

Your finalized order will be delivered to the email or account listed in your order confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email. Turnaround times vary by package, with a minimum of two business days. For urgent orders, please reach out to our customer support team directly.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

The Soluciones keeps a record of all finalized design files. If you misplace your order, we will retrieve and resend your original files upon request.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

The Soluciones takes full responsibility for communication made through our official email domain (thesoluciones.org) and the phone numbers listed on our website. We are not liable for any miscommunication or loss resulting from unofficial contact methods. If there is no response from the client for 45 days, reactivation fees may apply to resume the project.
